He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Riggan and Gertrude Riggan; his siblings, Shirley, Bill and Claude; his wife Janette Lynn Frith Riggan; his sons, Phillip Michael and James Thomas Riggan; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Carly, Chayce, Avery, Zephyr and Ollie.
