He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thomas Brown and Nannie Louise Funk Brown; and his wife Mary Ruth Prater Brown. He is survived by: his children, Julia Brown Foley (Frankie) and John H. Brown (Jann); his sister Doris Jefferson; his grandchildren, Stephanie W. Lewis (Lee), Jordan F. Cunningham (Kyle), Tre'Foley (Maci), Adam Brown (Chelsi) and Andrew Michael Brown (Tara); and his great grandchildren, Charlee R Lewis, Emery J. Cunningham, Evelyn W. Cunningham, Sidney Brown, Harrison C. Brown, Emilia Brown, Maelynn Foley and Jax Foley.
