She was predeceased by: her parents, Stovell Belcher and Claudia May Hutcherson Belcher; her siblings, Mary Jamison (Charlie), Lorraine Coleman (Harold) and Billy Belcher; and her granddaughter Samantha Upchurch.

She is survived by: her children, Billie Upchurch (Bobby), Lyndale Spencer and Carl Spencer (Elizabeth); her brothers, Richard Belcher and Harold Belcher (Shelley); her grandchildren, Trent Upchurch (Melissa), Misty Spivey (Ben), Scott Spencer, Dewey Lee Spencer, Gregory Spencer, Robert Bowman and Samuel Bowman; and her great grandchildren, Faith Upchurch, Chase Gwynn and Justin Spencer.
