She was predeceased by: her parents, Daife Hooker and Peggy Sue Wolfe Hooker; and her sister Linda Chapman. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Sparks (Johnathon McCoy) and Christopher Hooker (Rebecca Hooker); her grandchildren, Hannah Hooker, Ronnie Wyatt, Hailee Hooker, Savanna Sparks, Kailyn Carter, Jason Waller, Jr. and Aiden Hooker; and her sister Sarah Nunley.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
The family suggests contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses instead of flowers.
