She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Warren Vipperman, Sr.; and her siblings, Wayne, Ed Martin, Katherine Nelson and Sadie Wiggington.

She is survived by: her children, Phyllis V. Clifton (Charles), Judy Frazier (Joe) and Jesse W. Vipperman, Jr. (Gloria Faye) of Ridgeway; and her siblings, Ella Hall and Bobby Martin (Hazel). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
