She was predeceased by: her father James Ashburn; her husband Timothy Shough; and her brother Mark Ashburn. She is survived by: her mother Lois Martin Vandergrift; and her siblings, Gail Ashburn of Martinsville, VA and Carlton Ashburn of South Carolina. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
