He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmo Hall and Virginia Hall; his sister Nancy Kerrigan Rudquist; his wife Betty Allen Hall; his children, Thomas Korber Hall (Kory) and Nancy Kerrigan Hill (Kerri); his grandchild Thomas Lewis Hall; his child Kory; and his stepchildren, Brian Scott Turner (Scott) and Lauren Elizabeth Turner (Lauren).
