He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Louise Hansborough. He is survived by: his father Jack R. Stultz, Sr.; his children, Steven "Butch" Stultz, John Ryan Stultz, Ian Stultz, Jeremy Stultz, Megan Stultz and Cassie Stultz; his siblings, Jack Randall "Randy" Stultz, Jr., Mark Stultz and Betty Jo Meeks; and his close friend Melissa Gionelli.
