He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Berg. He is survived by: his father Al Groden; his wife Phyllis Grodensky; his stepparents, Darleen Groden and Gilbert Berg; his siblings, Howard Grodensky (Connie) and Edith Falwell (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Joel Grodensky (Catherine), Danielle Sain (Saurabh), Kenny Sloan, Kim Sloan-Snider, Brandi Keatts and Jason Grodensky (Josh). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers they ask that donations be made to Mountain Valley Hospice or to the Chordoma Foundation.
