He is survived by: his children, Brooke Morgan Pinkard of Eden and Chase Len Pinkard of Petersburg, VA; and his siblings, Pat Keith Carter (Johnnie) of Martinsville, VA, Carol Keith Poff (Michael) of Sterling, VA and Michael Keith (Sharon).
