She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Leroy Altice, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Merricks, Louise Arnold, James Merricks, William Fredrick Merricks and Harry Merricks.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Altice Fitzgerald, Harvey L. Altice, Jr. (Mary Strader Altice) of Martinsville, VA and Tim R. Altice of Richmond, VA; her sister Anne Tolley; and her sister-in-law Janet Merricks. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
