She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swanson and Mamie Swanson; her husbands, Roy Napper and Robert Devin; and her siblings, Leon Swanson, Robert Swanson, Ronnie Napper, Cecil Napper, Dorothy Looney and Ruby White.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Gray of Beckley, WV, Elsie Lopes (Eric) of Aurora, CO, Cindy Roberts, Sonya Thomas (James), Carolyn Napper (Rebecca Devin), Roy Napper Jr., Ernest Napper (Janice) of Roanoke, VA and Robert Napper (Tonda) of Wilson, NC. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family one hour prior to the funeral service.
