He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Janney Foley and Alvis Randolph Foley. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Wyatt (Chip) of Martinsville; his siblings, Carlton Foley of Martinsville, Tammy Feazelle (Mack) of Collinsville and Cindy James of Prosperity; and his grandchildren, Kristen Robertson of Mooresville and Cameron Robertson of Martinsville. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
