He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter Barker and Irene Griffith Barker. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Fender (Ron); his siblings, Mary Stone (Randy), JoAnn Lillard (Herman), Vickie Barnes and Johnny Barker (Linda); his grandchildren, Chris Fender and Chelsea Loftis (Jared); and his great grandchild Caleb Loftis.
