He was predeceased by: his father Morton D. Haynes Jr.; and his siblings, Catherine M. Haynes and Thomas D. Haynes, I. He is survived by: his mother Alma M. Haynes; his wife Vanessa J. Haynes; his daughter Jordan H. Alley (Steven T. Alley Jr.); his stepdaughter Helen M. Martin (Wayne Martin); his stepgrandchildren, Dalton Blevins and Callalei Martin; his sister Deborah M. Haynes; his sister-in-law Gloria S. Haynes; his nephews, Thomas D. Haynes II (Cathy) and Joseph M. Haynes (April); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devyn Haynes, Luke Haynes and Anna Haynes.
