He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel David Mullins and Mary Alice Simpson Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Hawks; his siblings, Betty Bishop and Charlie Mullins; his grandson Chad Wesley Meeks; and his caregiver Sue Holt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
