It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Carroll Ferguson Sr. of Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Carroll Moxley. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Itasca Stevens Burnette; his wife Jamie Ferguson; his children, Alaina Ferguson, Bradley Martin, Jessie Martin, David Martin, Travis Martin and Ricky Ferguson Jr.; and his brother Ronnie Ferguson (Sharon Ferguson). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 4:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Service Chapel (1425 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112). Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
