He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Kennon" Cox and Martha Ashby Cox; his wife Linda Basconi Cox; his sons, Jonathan Glenn Cox (Amanda), Joshua Kennon Cox (Jordan) and Jason Silvio King (Melissa); his brother Gregory Kennon Cox; his foster brother Ricky Lowe; and his grandchildren, Austin King, Reagan King, Ronnie Witt-Cox and Emma Witt-Cox.
