He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse William and Erlene Miller Rowland; his son Brian Keith Rowland; and his brothers, Samuel and Larry Rowland.
He is survived by: his brother Steve Rowland; his sister-in-law Charlotte Rowland; his grandson Jessie Rowland; his niece Debbie Pruitt (Darrell); and his nephew Randy Rowland (Patty).
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
