She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonize Lester and Maggie Adkins Willard; and her siblings, John G. Willard and Frances Christine Willard. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Pearl R. Willard of Oak Ridge, NC; her great-niece Grace Hollifield; and also, Rose, Raymond Warden, Sandra, Roger Marion, Elaine, Dan Martineau, Mike of North Carolina, Yvonne Willard of North Carolina, Alan of North Carolina and Kelly Willard of North Carolina. She is also survived by three nieces.
