She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond L. Long and Edna Owings Long; her husband Nick Prillaman, Jr.; and her sisters, Evelyn L. Ilgenfritz of Martinsburg, WV and Rachel L. Manual of Middletown, VA..

She is survived by: her children, Hunter Long Prillaman (Eva Szabo) of Potomac, MD and Stephanie P. Roberson (Chip) of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Austin Riggs Roberson (Hailey) of Martinsville, Nathan Charles Prillaman (Cyndi Chen) of New York, NY and Ruth Taylor Prillaman of Los Angeles, CA; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Mae Roberson and Micah Li Prillaman; and her close friend Jim Minter.
