He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Bowyer Clingenpeel; and his siblings, Audrey and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Sheffield Clingenpeel; his children, Karen, Steve, Jeffrey, Leslie, Kelley and Patsy; his granddaughter Kesley Saucedo (Candido); his great grandchildren, Kamelia and Isabela; and his nephew Brian Urbano.
