She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Health of Martinsville; her parents, Charlie McKinley Hall and Betha Foley Hall Marshall; her husband John Henry Bell; her siblings, Charlie Junior Hall, Maecell Hall Martin, Ben Hall, Leonard Deuel Hall, Jean Hall Bell, Marie Hall Spangler and Milcie Hall Arnold; her daughters, Glenda Moore (Billy), Lisa Nester (Allen) and Leta Wilkerson (Eric); and her siblings, Louella Hall Willis, Otis Hall and Maxine Hall Wood. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
