She was predeceased by: her parents, Lolean Wray and David Wray; her husband Wilbur "John" Hall; her sister Carol; her brother-in-law Larry Turner; her stepdaughters, Judy and Agnes; her foster son Shawn Preeman; and her sister Kitty Sutherland.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, June, Sheri, Dianne, Mike and Jeff; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Traci, Savannah, Jared, Adam and Joel; her daughter Pat; and also Gayle Mullahy.

Polly requested in lieu of flowers that a donation be made in her honor to St Jude's Children's Hospital or your local SPCA.
