Penn (Martinsville, Virginia), born in Henry, Virginia, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband David Penn; her children, Nira Ann Penn of Greensboro, N. C. and David Penn, Jr. (Debra) of Reston, VA; and her granddaughters, Peyton Ann and Sydney Clay Penn. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
