She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence DeHart; and her brother Buford Ratcliff. She is survived by: her daughters, Dell Marie Pittman (Jim) of Fayetteville, NC and Diana Lynn Carpenter (Scott) of Lincolnton, NC; her brother Harvey Wilson Ratcliff (Evelina) of Martinsville; her sister-in-law Janet Ratcliff; her grandchildren, Christina Marie Pittman, Mary Carty Pittman, Ellen Marie Carpenter, Samuel Causey Pittman and Julia Ann Carpenter; and her stepdaughters, Denise Pate and Darlene Shotts.
