She is survived by: her sister Meda Goode Hicks of Bedford; her grandchildren, Katelyn Ayn Rhodes, Phoebe Brown, Matthew Brown and Jaden Rhodes; her stepgrandchildren, Carlin and Joshua Dix; her nieces, Donna Engle and Betsy Morris; and her close friend Brenda Joyce.
