She is survived by: her children, Janette Penn, Jesse G. Penn (Sabrina), Gordon Penn (Betty), Dwight Penn and James Penn; and her siblings, Claudia Payne, Lillie Crutchfield and Johnny Millner. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
