She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther E. McGuire and Carrie Cook McGuire; her husband Charles Raymond Shelburne; and her siblings, Igie Dubois, Maggie Harris, Ocie Weatherford and Alfred McGuire.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Shelburne Simmons (Carroll Simmons) and Charles Shelburne, Jr. (Janet Newkirk Shelburne); her granddaughters, Rita Simmons Scott (Jon Scott), Elizabeth Shelburne Cessna (Scott Cessna), Carrie Shelburne (Chad Thornton) and Jessica Shelburne; and her great grandchildren, Amber Scott, Meredith Thornton, Charlotte Thornton, Holland Thornton, Ellis Thornton, Bristol Kate Cessna, Aubrey Cessna and Tristan Cessna.
All services will be private due to COVID 19.
