Lorraine Eggleston Grant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Eggleston Grant of Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clay and Millie Hairston Eggleston; her siblings, Shelia Fuller, Emma Eggleston and Sammy Eggleston; and her niece Melissa Fuller.
She is survived by: her husband Odell; her granddaughter Sharon Grant (Leon); her sons, Tim Grant (Vicki), Marcus Grant and Leander Stone (Linda); her grandchildren, Aja L. Grant, Niya L. Grant, Monte Stone (Belinda), Shannetta Stone-Cook (Casey), Geno Stone, Nina Stone and Vivian Stone; and her goddaughter Valerie Hairston-Barbour (Perry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests no home visitation; they do wish to thank each and everyone for your prayers during this time.
