He is survived by: his wife Jackie Cayton Lewis; his daughter Jessica Brown; his stepson Nicholas McGehee; his grandchildren, Lariah and Steven Castleberry; his nieces and nephews, Beth Robertson (Anthony), Samantha McGuire, Luke McGuire and Jeffrey McGuire; his great-nephews, Abel and Jasper; his great-niece Allison; and his friend Kenny McGuire.
