She is survived by: her children, Chad Collins (Donna) of Ferrum and Diana Collins (Chuck) of Ridgeway; her grandchildren, Deon, Sean, Brianna and Liam Scales; and her siblings, Donna Byrd (Ricky) of Martinsville, Vickie McDaniel (Ricky) of Collinsville, Kelly Fackler, Jerry Fackler (Mary) of Bassett and Barry Fackler (Cindy) of Collinsville.
