She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bobby Williams and Peggy Turner Williams; her husband Sammy Franklin; her children, Tonya Ratcliff (Teddy), Melissa Willard (Greg), Joshua Clark and Keith Clark; her brother Stanley "Pete" Williams (Lisa); her niece Staci Williams; and her grandchildren, Wesley Harris, Kyle Brooks, Tamara Akers, Raine Ratcliff, Ethan Ratcliff, Willard of Montana, Dakota Payne and Brittney Williams.
