She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smith and Susie Cook Smith; and her children, Vona H. Martin, Abraham Junior Holland and Alvin J. Holland.
She is survived by: her husband Minister John Holland; and her daughter Sharon Holland of Martinsville, VA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hairston Funeral Home (301 Fayette St, Martinsville, VA 24112). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the C. R. V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home (301 Fayette St, Martinsville, VA 24112).
