He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronald Dean Winters and Robert Raymond Winters; and his daughter Virginia Kay Winters. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Faye Winters; his daughter Karen Sue Winters; his stepdaughter Tania Brightwell; and his granddaughter Kristin Martin.
