He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Earl Toney, Sr. and Janie Lucille Witcher Toney; and his brother Arthur Toney. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Fuller Toney; his children, Krystal Crutchfield (Bryan), Shiketia Walton, Shequetta Gravely, Aisha Gravely, Dwayne Adams (Kamar), Terrance Walton and Kendion Walton; and his siblings, Janie Easley, Michelle Ramey, Patrinda Hughes (Anthony), Connette Gill (Kenneth), Frankie Toney (Janice) and Frank Toney (Angela). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Services (1425 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
