He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth W. Devin, Jr. and Kevin O. Devin; his sisters, Virginia "Lucy" Hairston and Veronica "Ronnie Kay" Mebane; his granddaughter Kemya Menefee; and his close friend Linda Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
