We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Karen Kiser Smith (Martinsville, Virginia), born in Franklin, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Welford Kiser and Callie Voss Kiser; her former husband J. Cecil Smith; her brothers, W. Zane Kiser and Mickey D. Kiser; and her stepdaughter Barbara Nelson.

She is survived by: her husband Rayford B. Smith; her children, Michael Edmonds (Tiffany), Duane Edmonds and Michelle Edmonds; her grandchildren, Zane and Grace Edmonds; her brother Eddy Kiser (Mary); and her stepchildren, Dr. Karla Diehl, Jill Bell, Helen Carter and James L. Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Broad Street Christian Church, 106 Broad Street, Martinsville Va. 24112.
