She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Wingfield Adkins and Samuel C. Adkins; and her husband Alan. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lackey (Janine) of Martinsville, VA and Paul Lackey (Celeste) of Summerfield, NC; and her grandchildren, Gracie, Brenna, Jake, Tate and Samuel Lackey.
