She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlysle Phillips and Glenna Reece Phillips. She is survived by: her cousin Glenda Mitchell Meador; her aunts, Regina Nester, Violet Reece and Mozell Phillips; her uncle Ward Reece (Sandra); her granddaughter Katie Shively Dowling (David); and her great grandchildren, Madilyn and Morgan Dowling of Eden, NC.. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
