He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hopkins; his children, Stephanie Carter, Samantha Hopkins, Jonathan Penn, Marcoe and Chaney; and his siblings, Mary Ann Conrad, Malinda Dalton, Sharon Hopkins Turner, Leonard Hopkins and Tracy Hopkins. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
