He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Moore and Mary Ella Eggleston Moore; his wife Brenda C. Moore; and his siblings, Agnes Moore Jones and James Thomas Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Moore (Jerry Perdue) of Martinsville, VA and Michelle Ashworth (Jimmy) of Axton, VA; his grandchildren, Lane Ashworth and Carlee Ashworth; and his siblings, Betty M. Jones of Charlotte, NC, Ralph C. Moore of Delmar, MD and William L. Moore of Bassett, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
