The memory of John H. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams Dillon and Mary Hutcherson Dillon; his wife Lillian M. Dillon; and his siblings, James W. Dillon, Pete Dillon, Maggie Ruth Dillon, Lucy Dillon Moore and Nancy Dillon Cruise.
He is survived by: his children, John H. Dillon, Jr. of Martinsville, Virginia and Deborah Dillon of Martinsville, Virginia; his granddaughter Sara Moore of Ridgeway, Virginia; and his great grandchild Phoenix Moore. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Baptist Church (18075 A L Philpott Hwy, Ridgeway, VA 24148). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Old Well Christian Church Cemetery (110 Old Well Rd, Spencer, VA 24165).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's honor to the Youth and Mission Funds of Hillcrest Baptist Church by mailing contributions to 18075 A L Philpott Hwy, Ridgeway, VA 24148.
