She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wilson Prillaman and Mamie Carter Prillaman; her husband Franklin R. Barnes; her daughter Deborah Joan Barnes; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Barnes.
She is survived by: her sons, Mitch Barnes of Martinsville, Danny Barnes of Martinsville and Jeff Barnes (Teresa) of Bassett; her grandchildren, Scott Barnes (Tamara), Amy Boyd, Magen Lindsey (Jeremy) and Haley Barnes; her great grandchildren, Katelin, Kayela Boyd, Brendon Barnes, Jaxon, Aiden Inman, Paisley Tyler and Wyatt Lindsey; and her siblings, Doris Hundley (Richard), Lowell Prillaman (Aubrey) and Curtis Prillaman (Ann).
