He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Tinsley, Sr. and Glady Phillips Tinsley; and his siblings, Anna Jean Tinsley and Allen Fredrick Tinsley. He is survived by: his children, WyTina Watkins, Megane Watkins (Jamie), Carey Turner (Anya), Justyn Still (Latoya) and Jimmy Still; his siblings, Brenda Lawshe-Jefferson (Walter), Sharon Neal, Erma Dillard, Otis Leon Tinsley, Jr., Tommy Tinsley and Joe Henry Tinsley (Gail); and his nephew Michael Tinsley. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
