He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rayford, Herman Roark and Ilene Pittis; and his father-in-law Ervin. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie R. Monday (Clarence) of Surfside Beach, SC, Tracie R. Matthews (Mark) of Wake Forest, NC and Shirley Karen Roark of Florida; his sister Ruth R. Handy; his sister-in-law Shirley D. Roark; and his nieces and nephews, Wendell (Carolyn Handy), Timmy (Sheila Handy), Lisa (Don Laliberty), Jeff (Candace Roark), Rusty Roark, Jamie (Pam Roark) and Randy (Angela Steele).
