He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Marquietta Ward Lawson (Keeta); and his sisters, Doris Jean Massey (Jerry) of Ridgeway, VA and Marie Clifton of Stoneville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
