We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2018, at the age of 88, James William Foster Sr. (Martinsville, Virginia), born in Franklin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wives, Helen Foster and Vera Foster; his siblings, Mildred Goode, Lena Foster, William and Roy; and his granddaughter Katy Bennett Joyce.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Arrington (Bobby), Marie Davis-Greenhill (David), Brenda Hooper (Ray), James "Billy" Foster, Jr. (Wilma) and Johnny Foster (Connie Jones); his stepson Mike Sands (Freda); and his sisters, Betty Lou Huff and Judy Hylton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
