He was predeceased by: his mother Christana Hairston Napper; and his wife Nannie Mae Shelton Napper. He is survived by: his father James Wilson Napper, Sr.; his sister Larneal Napper Jones of Martinsville, VA; his caregiver Sherine Wilson of Martinsville, VA; his sisters-in-law, Stephanie S. Hairston (Kermit) of Stone Mountain, GA and Elizabeth Hairston of Martinsville, VA; his niece Cassandra Jones Strand (Lawrence) of New Kent, VA; and his nephew Harold J. Napper, Jr. of Martinsville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
In accordance with the CDC, a face covering, and social distancing is required.
