He was predeceased by: his daughter Phyllis A. Chitwood. He is survived by: his wife Shelby McCrickard Adams; his children, Terry and Brenda A. McBride; and his sisters, Ruth Young and Mary Davis. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
